Beginner Band Registration

Be sure to download the correct form for your child. There are separate forms for GGS and OP. ALL FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THURS. SEPT. 2 AT 3PM NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Appointment times will be sent home with students on Fri. Sept. 3. View Documents
